We have a unique and successful formula, an excellent back office support team, an established and fully trained progressions team and a proactive marketing department specializing in house sales and property investments.

The Role

We are looking to recruit a professional, dedicated, organized and highly personable Residential Regional Property Valuer for a Full Time position.

We expect you to be money motivated and target driven, have the requisite experience in valuing homes, capable of winning client instructions, and a strong appetite to succeed.

You will be working as a team to build the sales department by increasing instructions and generating new business.

You will ensure personal sales revenue and profitability targets are regularly achieved.

You will be working in a highly competitive and friendly yet busy environment. You will be professional and strive to succeed.

Working Hours - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with two Saturday's a month). The working day is to some degree flexible in accordance with the needs of any clients, with early/ late starts combining with early/ later finishes as arranged by the employee and clients.

Basic Salary up to £20k p.a, with a very achievable OTE of £45k plus car allowance plus benefits.

We would consider candidates with experience as a sales negotiator, estate agent, senior sales negotiator, branch manager, property valuer, surveyor, property consultant, property sales executive, business transfer agent, commercial estate agent, lister, property auction sales or any property related field, however experienced and successful field sales candidates from a non-property background may be considered. Driving License is essential.
